Job summary

Gizli is seeking a senior SAP/IT infrastructure lead to ensure secure, high-performance SAP/ERP operations and IT infrastructure across production facilities. You will coordinate internal teams and external providers, manage roles and security, and drive system improvements aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP MM/PP (SD/QM preferred), strong IT security practices, and relocation willingness to Ankara. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP MM/PP experience; preference for SD/QM modules.
• Strong IT infrastructure integration with SAP processes.
• Basic ABAP knowledge and app/report development.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of C# and SQL for web or Windows apps.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, SAP/ERP systems, and information security processes.
• Good command of English, strong MS Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to reside in Ankara or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure, uninterrupted, high-performance operation of SAP/ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Manage SAP documentation, authorization, role management, and coordination activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external providers for SAP development and integration.
• Analyze system improvement areas, evaluate requirements, and develop solutions.
• Prioritize and resolve user requests, issues, and IT/SAP incidents.
• Ensure IT infrastructure operation across factories and production sites; manage rapid response for production impact.
• Monitor capacity, performance, availability, and security; identify risks and take action.
• Oversee requirements analysis, solution evaluation, specs, testing, implementation, and handover for new SAP systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, architectures, and records.
• Ensure ISO 27001 and KVKK controls within IT functions.
• Align IT and SAP services with business objectives and production processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field,
• Preferably at least 10 years of experience in SAP MM and PP modules, either as a consultant or in a module support role; experience in SAP SD and QM modules is preferred,
• Strong technical competence in managing the integration between SAP processes and the company’s IT infrastructure,
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and experience in application/report development,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and fundamental cybersecurity technologies,

Job Description

• Ensure the secure, uninterrupted, high-performance, and sustainable operation of the company’s SAP/ERP systems and IT infrastructure,
• Manage documentation, authorization, role management, and coordination activities related to the functional and technical operation of SAP systems,
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external service providers regarding SAP development, integration, and technical requirements,
• Analyze areas for system improvement, evaluate business requirements, and develop appropriate solution alternatives,
• Ensure the prioritization and effective resolution of user requests, system issues, and critical IT/SAP incidents,
• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure across factories and production sites; manage rapid response and escalation processes for IT issues that may impact production,
• Monitor the capacity, performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure; proactively identify potential risks and take the necessary actions,
• Manage requirements analysis, solution evaluation, technical specifications, supplier evaluation, testing, implementation, and operational handover processes for new IT/SAP systems and technology investments,
• Ensure that technical documentation, procedures, system architectures, and operational records related to IT and SAP systems are maintained and kept up to date,
• Ensure the implementation and sustainability of technical and operational controls related to the IT function within the scope of ISO 27001 and KVKK,
• Ensure that IT and SAP services are aligned with the company’s business objectives and production processes.
