Job summary

Armacell invites a results‑driven sales professional to lead the Istanbul region’s growth. You will own budgets, develop markets, and implement regional strategies while closely coordinating with marketing, technical, and service teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

You will travel regularly within the Istanbul region and occasional destinations to support key accounts, using Salesforce to track activities and forecast opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial/B2B sales.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Strong customer relationships and communication.
• Willingness to travel within Istanbul region.

Responsibilities

• Own annual sales budget and regional targets.
• Develop markets and strengthen dealer network to meet regional targets.
• Define and implement regional sales strategies.
• Drive demand generation by engaging applicators, contractors, and dealers.
• Expand opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Manage order-to-delivery with Sales Support and Customer Service.
• Record visits and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Weekly planning with Sales Manager; bi-weekly updates to senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer satisfaction.
