Job summary

Medtronic seeks an MIC Events Onsite Support Associate Specialist to coordinate and execute onsite event operations in Istanbul, ensuring seamless participant experience while adhering to compliance and administrative processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in event operations, hospitality, or administrative support, plus fluent English and Turkish. Onsite presence five days a week with occasional after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in event operations/coordination.
• Experience coordinating onsite logistics for meetings or conferences.
• Fluent English and Turkish, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite execution of healthcare events, distributors, and internal staff.
• Conduct pre-event venue readiness checks including room setup and inventory.
• Manage audiovisual, IT, and Wi-Fi setup; coordinate resolution of onsite issues.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for participants, handling requests and last-minute changes.
• Oversee catering operations, vendor coordination, service quality, and feedback collection.
• Produce badges, certificates, and other event documents onsite.
• Utilize event management tools for check-in, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Support compliance activities, event approvals, and transparency reporting with stakeholders.
