Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Istanbul, Türkiye, is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to provide on-site technical support, corrective maintenance, and servicing of Stryker medical devices across Türkiye. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant technical/field service experience.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; driving licence and willingness to travel 70%.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault detection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Test and verify equipment post-repair and complete service reports.
• Assist installation, commissioning and servicing of equipment in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor spare parts inventory.
• Handle customer feedback in line with quality procedures.
