Job summary

Camfil is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive growth in Turkey’s HVAC and Air Pollution Control markets from our Istanbul base. You will blend technical engineering know‑how with customer‑facing sales to tailor filtration solutions, support projects through to commissioning and maintain a robust pipeline.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 5+ years in B2B technical sales, strong Turkish and English communication, plus a driving licence.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably with industrial equipment.
Experience in industrial air filtration, HVAC, dust collectors, or air handling equipment.
Maintenance experience and ability to interpret customer requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the HVAC and air pollution control business across Turkey.
Collaborate with customers, distributors and internal teams to define technical requirements and propose filtration solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, drawings and supporting docs using Camfil software.
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and manufacturing during the project lifecycle.
Configure equipment, select components, and consider ATEX options.
Engage in technical discussions, presentations and solution development with customers.
Follow up on proposals, negotiate details and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Build a healthy project pipeline and customer database while monitoring market opportunities.
Collaborate with internal engineers to deliver innovative customer solutions.
