Baymak Makine San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team in Turkey. The role involves providing technical training for vendors and domestic services, preparing reports, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in technical training.
• Knowledge of field mechanical installation practices.
• Ability to present technical training materials.
• Fluent in English (preferably).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical trainings for overseas vendors and domestic authorized services.
• Determine and manage relevant education budget.
• Support dealers and services on installation and product training.
• Prepare reports on training activities and support processes.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
