Job summary

HUMAN KAPİTAL İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi in Istanbul seeks an Import Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end import processes from order to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in import operations (preferably in pharma, cosmetics, or food), strong SAP MM skills, excellent English, and proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and logistics providers to ensure compliant, timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations.
• Preferably experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or similar industries.
• Good knowledge of import, customs, and foreign trade processes.
• SAP MM experience.
• Experience in import documentation and international logistics operations.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong planning, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage import operations from order placement through final delivery.
• Coordinate shipment, customs clearance, bonded warehouse, and delivery processes.
• Follow up on import documentation and related operational requirements.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
• Manage relevant operational transactions through SAP MM.
• Follow up on delays and operational issues and coordinate solutions.
• Work with relevant departments to ensure compliance and timely completion of import operations.
