Job summary

iyzico is hiring for an Inside Sales role in Istanbul. You will actively sell physical POS and related payment solutions over the phone, meeting targets for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process, coordinate with onboarding teams, and support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and the ability to position suitable fintech solutions within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or telesales, preferably selling physical POS over the phone.
• Knowledge of payment systems, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer needs and position suitable solutions.
• Target-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, with solid planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Conduct active phone sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Meet assigned new customer acquisition and outreach targets
• Understand potential customers’ needs and position physical POS and related payment solutions accordingly
• Manage sales calls effectively and convert potential customers into sales
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring proposals, contracts, and required documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Follow up on preparation and delivery of physical POS devices and coordinate with relevant teams
• Support resolution of operational needs during customer onboarding and post-sales processes
• Follow up with acquired customers after the sale and contribute to sustainable customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports on sales, customer acquisition, calls, and conversion performance
• Develop the customer portfolio and manage existing sales opportunities
• Represent iyzico in line with company culture and brand values

Requirements

• Experience in Inside Sales or telesales, preferably in selling physical POS products over the phone
• Preferably knowledgeable about payment systems, fintech, or the e-commerce ecosystem
• Ability to understand customer needs and position suitable products and solutions accordingly
• Target- and results-oriented with strong sales motivation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, with strong planning and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage post-sales operational processes, coordinate effectively with different teams, and work collaboratively
