Job summary

iyzico is seeking a professional to oversee end-to-end physical POS operations, ensuring SLA compliance and coordinating activation with POS banks. You will investigate issues and drive improvements across teams while maintaining accurate records and customer communication.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, knowledge of POS and banking processes, and excellent multitasking and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational processes related to physical POS operations, ensuring compliance with SLA timelines
• Define POS banks and manage physical POS activation processes
• Investigate system errors and issues within physical POS operational processes and take necessary actions to resolve them
• Identify system improvement opportunities within physical POS operational processes and collaborate with relevant teams
• Continuously review physical POS business processes under responsibility, identify inconsistencies with company policies, procedures, and instructions, and take necessary actions
• Track physical POS inventory and ensure records are kept up to date
• Respond to customer requests through written and verbal communication and take the necessary actions
