Job summary

iyzico is hiring for an Inside Sales role in Istanbul. You will actively sell physical POS and related payment solutions over the phone, meeting targets for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process, coordinate with onboarding teams, and support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and the ability to position suitable fintech solutions within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or telesales, preferably selling physical POS over the phone.
• Knowledge of payment systems, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer needs and position suitable solutions.
• Target-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, with solid planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active phone sales to hit individual and team targets.
• Meet new customer acquisition and outreach targets.
• Position POS and payment solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process; handle proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate delivery of POS devices and post-sales onboarding.
• Prepare reports on sales, acquisition, calls, and conversion.
• Develop customer portfolio and nurture existing opportunities.
• Represent iyzico in line with brand values.
