iyzico is a leading fintech company focused on democratizing financial services for merchants in e‑commerce, simplifying payments, and improving merchant experiences.

The role centers on managing merchant onboarding follow‑ups, coordinating post‑sales operations, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure smooth execution. You will track actions, handle documentation, invoicing, and reporting while supporting dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer management, sales operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar workflow management tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a disciplined approach to execution and follow‑through.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in fintech, payments, e‑commerce, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational follow‑up of merchant onboarding processes.
• Coordinate merchants' operational needs throughout post‑sales processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Track open action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Manage and track operational workflows using Jira and other project management tools.
• Coordinate the timely collection of required documentation from merchants.
• Ensure operational readiness by coordinating all pre‑go‑live requirements.
• Prepare merchant data requests and support related reporting activities.
• Coordinate invoicing, settlement, and commercial documentation processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and performance reports.
