You will coordinate order processing, act as a liaison among customers and internal departments, field technical inquiries, and foster strong customer relationships. For more complex queries, you will collaborate with support personnel to deliver timely solutions. You should be a proactive self-starter with a knack for problem-solving, driven by data and analytics. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, paired with a customer-focused mindset, will be key to your success.
