Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Workplace Technology Support professional in Tuzla, Turkey. The role involves hands-on field problem solving, supporting Office suite, AD, SharePoint, and virtualization, and coordinating with regional IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of workplace technology support experience, strong communication, and a service-oriented mindset to effectively assist users and vendors across the region.

Qualifications

• Broad background in IT infrastructure (network, workplace hardware/software, voice).
• Hands-on with pragmatic, practical field solution implementation.
• Strong communication to explain changes and report issues to central team.
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing with IT and business colleagues.
• Service-oriented with IT ambassador behavior.
• IT project management basics.
• At least 3 years experience in workplace technology support.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace technology support across Microsoft tools (Office, Lync/Skype, Outlook, AD, SharePoint, SCCM, SCOM).
• Maintain VMware virtualization and server infrastructure.
• Manage regional network needs including WAN and Cisco switches.
• Vendor management and coordination with suppliers.
• Support key user groups and liaise with regional IT leadership.
