Job summary

Hedef Filo in Marmara region seeks a business analyst to coordinate with business units throughout the software development process and design IT project workflows that meet business needs. You will manage CRM integrations, provide trainings, and offer technical leadership across projects.

The role requires SDLC/Agile experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to document functional and user guides while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Knowledge of SDLC phases.
• Experience with software integration models - web services, event management, SOAP, JSON, XML, REST and WSDL.
• SQL knowledge (PL-SQL) is a plus.
• CRM/BPR experience with Salesforce or PaperWork is a plus.
• Azure Cloud or AWS experience is a plus.
• Strong communication across business and IT teams.
• Ability to document technical/functional/user guides.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or related field
• Experienced in agile working methodologies (Kanban, Scrum),
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
• Experience with software integration models - web services, event management, SOAP, JSON, XML, REST and WSDL,
• Knowledge of applied SQL (PL-SQL) is a plus,
• Process Design, Support and Management experience in one of the recognized CRM and BPR systems (Salesforce and PaperWork background is a plus),
• Experienced with Azure Cloud and AI Foundry services Or has gained experience with AWS services.
• Good knowledge of software development platforms and web service methodologies,
• Strong communication/influencing/facilitation skills across all levels of the business, other IT teams and 3rd party service providers,
• Understanding the application architectural structure, its compatibility with business processes and the application environment, and its relationship and compatibility with other integrated systems
• Prepare and update technical, functional and user documentation for the applications,
• Problem solving and analysis skills to produce solutions for business needs,
• Provide end user support/change management in the implementation of IT in day-to-day business,

• Ability to multitask between various priorities,
• Project Management experience is a plus,
