Doğadan in Istanbul is seeking an IT Intern to join a growing team on a paid, 1-year internship. The role is hybrid in Istanbul, offering hands-on experience and exposure to ERP and enterprise IT systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT-related degrees, with basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft 365, and an interest in Active Directory, Intune, and SAP. The position requires good English and availability for at least 3 hybrid days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Interest in Active Directory, Intune, SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track and resolve IT requests and device issues reported by employees.
• Manage service processes for devices covered under warranty.
• Handle routine IT requests from users and provide guidance.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding equipment setup.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers for IT products and services.
• Track procurement in SAP, including requisitions, approvals, and orders.
• Support teams in discussions with suppliers and solution providers.
• Attend team meetings regularly.
• Support corporate IT projects.
• Document completed tasks and share updates with the team.

We're looking for an IT Intern to join our growing organization at Doğadan, an affiliate of The Coca-Cola Company. This is a paid, 1-year internship based in Istanbul (hybrid), where you'll gain hands-on experience as part of our team.

Your Job Description

• Track and resolve IT requests and device issues reported by employees.
• Manage service processes for devices covered under warranty.
• Handle routine IT requests from users and provide necessary guidance.
• Carry out equipment handover and setup procedures during employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers for IT-related products and services.
• Track procurement processes in SAP, including purchase requisitions, approvals, and purchase orders.
• Support relevant teams in discussions with new suppliers and solution providers.
• Attend team meetings regularly.
• Support the team in corporate IT projects.
• Document completed tasks and share updates with the team.

Your Job Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Interest in enterprise IT systems such as Active Directory, Intune, and SAP is a plus.
• A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Awareness of confidentiality and data security.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week in a hybrid model at our Istanbul Office.
