Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey’s Information Technology Unit is seeking a passionate IT Intern eager to learn and shape the future. As an IT Intern you will coordinate with the Helpdesk, support OS and applications, document your work, and assist internal customers while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th-year Computer/Software Engineering students or recent grads with strong MS Office skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student or a recent graduate in Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to work a minimum of 3 days per week and for a long-term period.
• Helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Attentive to reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk team to address user requests.
