Job summary

MND Izolasyon ve Teknoloji A.S. in Manisa, Turkey, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to grow our portfolio across automotive, home appliances, electronics, defense and packaging sectors. You will manage existing customers, identify new opportunities, present tailored insulation solutions with cross‑functional teams, and drive orders to closure while maintaining long‑term partnerships.

The role requires strong English, field visits, and travel with a Class B license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B technical sales to industrial clients.
• Experience in automotive, white goods/appliances, or industrial components preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret documentation.
• Professional working proficiency in English for business correspondence.
• Strong MS Excel skills; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid Class B driver’s license with no travel restrictions; military service completed or exempted for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Managing the existing customer portfolio; contributing directly to sales and profitability targets by identifying and developing new product and application opportunities.
• Prospecting target industries, establishing initial contacts, and converting new business leads into commercial orders.
• Establishing long‑term, trusted partnerships with clients' procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
• Evaluating customer specifications, technical drawings, and requirements in collaboration with internal technical teams, and presenting tailored product and engineering solutions.
• Preparing commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments; leading commercial negotiations and contract follow‑ups within the company's pricing policy and authorization matrix.
• Overseeing sampling, customer validation, and transition to serial production in close alignment with R&D, quality, production, and logistics teams.
• Planning and conducting regular customer visits; monitoring market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Consistently tracking and reporting sales pipelines, quote statuses, and revenue forecasts.
