Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in purchasing or related roles.
• Proficiency in English; Greek is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely and efficient procurement of indirect materials and services for assigned plants, countries, or regions in line with business requirements and company procurement policies.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, approvals, and related workflows within supplier enablement/procurement systems.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and payment terms for indirect materials and services, as well as selected direct materials outside strategic sourcing categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, service, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate supplier performance improvement activities and resolve non-conformances through the relevant processes and systems.
• Create and maintain BP requests and price books, ensuring accurate and up-to-date procurement data.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and ensure continuity of supply, including local sourcing requirements such as uniforms, safety supplies, and small machine parts.
• Manage invoice matching issues and coordinate the resolution of gaps between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, sales teams, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide effective procurement and supply chain support.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and supplier development.
• Prepare and review procurement reports and maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation.
