Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Türkiye is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization across production-related categories.

You will report to the Indirect Procurement Manager, develop market insights, conduct RFQ/RFP processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant procurement. Based in Düzce, the role requires minimum 3 years in purchasing, SAP MM familiarity, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably indirect purchasing.
• Pharma industry experience is an asset.
• Experience with machinery, equipment or service procurement is preferred.
• Knowledge of import processes is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP MM is preferred.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end indirect purchasing processes for assigned categories.
• Follow market trends and developments locally and globally.
• Conduct supplier research and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Procure machinery, equipment, and services for production facilities.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate proposals and negotiate with suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and support contract preparation and execution.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement.
