Job summary

Greif, Inc. in Turkey is seeking an Indirect Material Purchaser (Operational Support) to coordinate procurement with internal stakeholders and suppliers, issue purchase orders, and track inbound/outbound movements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Turkish and English communication skills, at least 2 years in operational support, and familiarity with MS Office; you will help manage warehouse material flow and inventory, supporting reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal Turkish communication and good English skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and accountable mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating partner records and purchase orders.
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments according to operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system.
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
