Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Tuzla to support export/import operations for our client providing conveyors and belts. You will handle inquiries, documentation, and coordination with brokers and forwarders.

The role requires a degree in a related field, English fluency, SAP experience, and strong analytical skills to optimize logistics, customs compliance, and cost-efficient transport.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Economics / Foreign Trade / International Trade departments of universities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM and SD) with reporting skills.
• Experience with customs documentation, knowledge of international trade terms and requirements, and customs legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers' inquiries and after-sales operations
• Read letters of credit (LC) and prepare export documents per LC terms
• Follow up on import customs clearance with customs brokers and forwarders
• Execute internal procedures for Import / Export / Purchasing activities
• Organize export-related document procedures, track shipments, and manage banking transactions
• Ensure operations comply with foreign trade and customs regulations
• Identify cost-effective or efficient transport options
• Arrange road, air, and sea transport and prepare documentation
• Prepare import and export reports for senior management
