Job summary

Tam Finans, part of the MNT-Halan group and a leading Turkish factoring company, is seeking a UX designer to shape world-class commercial apps with a user-centric approach.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data scientists in a hybrid work setting, delivering elegant solutions, conducting user testing, and iterating with the tech team to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class complex commercial apps in-house.
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
• Feel at home with tools such as Figma.
• Strong design skills on mobile and web platforms.
• The ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• The ability to take ownership of design process.
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour.
• Love to solve problems and be challenged.
• To be a constant learner. You will be always growing - both personally and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Working in a cross-functional, distributed team with the product owners, engineers, data scientists, and other coworkers. You will both be actively involved in defining the problems facing the company and its clients.
• You will be in charge of defining solutions that solve problems simply and elegantly while paying attention to every little detail, from designing user flows to prototypes.
• You will conduct user testing workshops and guerrilla testing because we love reducing the complexity of a chaotic environment into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that actually meets customer needs.
• Once that’s done, iterate, implement with the technical team and present the final solution during the design reviews
• We believe in continuous improvement, so you’ll review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
• To ensure we are speaking the same language as a team, we have the support of a design system.
