Job summary

Midas is redefining finance experiences for Turkish investors. We seek a researcher who can uncover high-priority issues, run end-to-end studies, and translate findings into product and business impact.

You will partner with product, data, design, growth, and customer support to continuously discover and improve user experiences. Preferably you have hands-on research experience and a background in HCI, psychology, or related fields, with an interest in trading/investing.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in qualitative or quantitative research.
Background in HCI, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or related field.
Proven track record of independently executing research projects.
Strong skills in designing and administering surveys and conducting user interviews.
Ability to apply research to drive tangible product and business impact.
Experience or interest in trading/investing preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify high-priority issues from users’ investment processes and product development.
Collaborate with BIST derivatives product teams (Margin, VİOP & Warrants).
Answer key questions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Work with data, product, growth, design, and support teams for ongoing research.
Conduct benchmark studies to compare with other organizations.
Plan and lead end-to-end research projects for actionable insights.
Establish feedback loops to monitor user experience metrics.
