Job summary

n11 is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team in Istanbul. You will lead end-to-end design across mobile, m-web, and web, turning research into actionable design decisions and shaping the design system.

You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with PM/PO/Data teams to influence roadmap and strategy. You will drive scalable UI kits, component libraries, and DSM governance, ensuring accessibility and consistency while delivering high-quality microcopy and responsive UX

Qualifications

• University degree in Design, UX/UI, HCI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in UX/UI or Product Design for scalable digital products.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design across mobile, m-web and web.
• Strong usability testing, behavioral data analysis and translating insights into design decisions.
• Advanced skills in user flows, wireframes, prototypes, IA structures, and complex UX scenarios.
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborating with PM/PO/Data teams to influence strategy.
• Documentation, accessibility, and responsive rules awareness.
• Experience crafting microcopy that supports usability.
• Experience building scalable UI kits, Figma libraries, DSM architecture and system governance.
• Collaboration with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Evaluation of UX outcomes via A/B tests, UAT, metrics and user feedback.
• Knowledge of interaction design and motion principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across mobile, m-web, and web platforms.
• Translate research findings and data insights into actionable design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX scenarios for complex journeys.
• Simplify journeys into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Shape product discovery with PM, PO, and Data teams and influence roadmap decisions.
• Evolve and govern the n11 Design System; create and refine components.
• Document components, edge cases, accessibility rules, and responsive behaviors.
• Ensure visual and UX consistency across products and identify improvement gaps.
• Craft high-quality UX writing and microcopy for error and guidance states.
• Scale UI Kit and DSM structures for team-wide efficiency.
• Work with Frontend, Backend, and QA to ensure accurate implementation.
• Build reusable, component-driven Figma files for large-scale products.
• Iterate designs using A/B tests, UAT feedback, and data insights.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across mobile, m-web, and web platforms
• Convert research findings, data insights, and usability outcomes into actionable design decisions
• Identify problem areas proactively and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX scenarios
• Simplify complex journeys into intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable product experiences
• Partner with PM, PO, and Data teams to shape product discovery and influence roadmap decisions
• Play a key role in the evolution and governance of the n11 Design System; create and refine components
• Document components, variants, edge cases, accessibility rules, and responsive behaviors
• Ensure visual and UX consistency across all products; identify gaps and define improvement strategies
• Craft high-quality UX writing and microcopy, including error states, empty states, and guidance text
• Organize, optimize, and scale the UI Kit and Figma DSM structures for team-wide efficiency
• Work closely with Frontend, Backend, and QA teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
• Build systematic, well-structured, component-driven Figma files suitable for large-scale products
• Evaluate and iterate on designs using A/B tests, UAT feedback, data insights, and user behavior
• Create micro-interactions and motion patterns that enhance usability and elevate overall user experience
• Provide strategic UX recommendations aligned with user needs, product goals, and business impact
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, sharing best practices and guiding design craft within the team
