Teknasyon in Turkey is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who wants to grow with us and use AI to make our content feel native and natural for users worldwide. This role is about influencing how our products are perceived across continents, not just completing tasks.

You will own the UX process end-to-end—from research and discovery through final interface design—build high‑fidelity prototypes, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and contribute to scalable design systems in Figma.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead UX projects end-to-end across platforms.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and interaction design.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX process end-to-end from research to final interface.
• Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
• Develop scalable design systems in Figma.
• Support basic print production when needed.
