Job summary

Ticimax is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time, on-site role with hybrid components at Allianz Tower in Kozyatağı. This position focuses on shaping checkout experiences in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

You will lead end-to-end product initiatives, translate business needs into requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar).
• Strong understanding of checkout flows, payment systems, or invoicing.
• Data-driven with experience in analytics and A/B testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the checkout product area end-to-end.
• Drive checkout conversion improvements through experimentation and data.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Understand and define customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups.
• Advance UI/UX designs, prepare mockups, and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Use data, user feedback, and A/B tests to drive decisions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Define and track OKRs for your area.
