Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device and healthcare sales.
• Experience selling imaging solutions is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• High level of business acumen and financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, profitability, and sustainable growth within the assigned territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual order intake and revenue targets while maximizing equipment margins.
• Develop and execute sales channel strategies and territory plans.
• Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio and close new opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and build relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Deliver value-based solutions; lead presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization end-to-end.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline visibility.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate the sales cycle with pre-sales, technical, operational, and after-sales teams.
