• Oversee third-party preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and lubrication of equipment and systems.
• Analyze breakdowns and energy losses; propose efficiency and energy-saving solutions.
• Monitor production needs and consumption; help prepare related budgets.
• Support factory energy and water saving initiatives.
• Minimize production support system downtime.
• Develop contractor employee capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset.
