Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks a Line Lead at the İzmir–Torbalı site to own an assigned production line end-to-end, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and team morale. You will lead daily direction, ensure plan adherence and implement corrective actions, while championing a zero-loss culture and OPEN+ methodologies.

The role requires a university engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing, English fluency, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office;

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Chemical or related engineering field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading production teams with direct people-management responsibility.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned production line(s) with end-to-end ownership for delivering business results.
• Ensure production plan adherence and drive strong, sustainable operational performance.
• Lead Daily Direction Setting, performance reviews and timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with PMI and legal requirements related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality.
• Build and develop an autonomous and self-sufficient team aligned with the OPEN+ journey.
• Create an environment where people are motivated to contribute their talents, ideas and full potential.
