Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support transformer design at the Dudullu factory. You will contribute to electrical performance, standardization, and knowledge transfer from R&D to engineering teams.
Responsibilities include leading the DAMA project reviews, providing technical support across departments, and acting as a reference for design reviews and optimization. Fluency in Turkish and English is required, with 15–20% travel expected.

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dudullu factory with below qualifications;
You will be providing feedback and influence the GPG improvement projects (with electrical performance and or standardization content) and support the transfer of technology and knowledge from R&D to engineering department by writing design rules, preparing trainings and collaborating with design tools teams (CDSe/CDSm/STAR-X).
Lead DAMA project , As a member of the DAMA project team, the A-Team is responsible for the electrical design review and the mechanical design consistency review.
You will provide technical support to other departments when needed (engineering, product management, marketing and sales etc.) and support the Global Product Group management on benchmark activities and technical requests.
You will act as project manager in the contexts where more entities are involved and act as reference person on technical queries and designs review/optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors,
Existing work experience in electrical engineering, at least 8 years of experience on Liquid filled Transformers design,
Experience in design; Renewable, Data Center, Rectifier transformer with previous experience on failure analysis,
Experience on Electromagnetic Simulations with FEM, action and result oriented mindset with proven project management skills also with innovation spirit, "out of the box" thinking. Outstanding team spirit and problem solving skills,
Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English,
Willing to travel (about 15-20% of time).
