Job summary

Merzigo in Turkey is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to maintain IT infrastructure and support end-users in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on keeping systems secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly for a dynamic media tech team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT, strong Active Directory and cybersecurity awareness, with solid problem-solving and Microsoft systems knowledge. Remote and on-site support with after-hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

Preferably graduated from related university departments.
At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
Able to produce innovative and creative solutions.
Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-driven work ethic.
Capable of identifying opportunities to drive improvements in operational processes.
Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft systems.
Open to development and learning.
Active driver’s license and ability to drive.
No travel restrictions to group company locations.

Responsibilities

Maintenance, adjustments, and spare parts for notebooks, PCs, and printers.
Fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of computers.
Provide client support to end-users in a domain environment.
Knowledgeable about Active Directory structure.
Knowledgeable about cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures.
Proficient in Windows Office programs and antivirus installation/update.
Setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices.
Experience with desktop and server operating systems.
Inventory management for IT assets.
Experience with ITSM (Help Desk) programs.
Able to intervene remotely and on-site outside working hours.
Completed military service (for male candidates).
