Job summary

Azelis is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our CASE team. The position is based at our headquarters in Ümraniye, Istanbul, and is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Chemical Engineering or Chemistry).
≈3 years of experience in a commercial role within related industries such as coatings and adhesives.
IT/digital savviness with CRM Dynamics 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

Manage, develop and understand the needs of a growing customer base and build relationships via telephone and online tools.
Negotiate prices and volumes to maximize returns and ensure pricing is up to date in CRM.
Maintain customer and product data in CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales growth.
