Job summary

Azelis is seeking a Sales Support Representative for the Turkey Pharma & Healthcare Sales team to support Sales Managers in customer service and admin processes, driving service quality and profitability. You will act as a key contact for Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical customers, prepare prices, monitor satisfaction, and maintain monthly statistics while coordinating orders and CRM activities.

Responsibilities

Act as direct point of contact for Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical customers.
Prepare sales prices for the Sales Managers where needed.
Follow-up on customer satisfaction.
Prepare monthly sales statistics.
Follow up orders and plan deliveries.
Manage customer requests for samples locally and inter-company and follow-up.
Ensure best-in-class customer engagement through CRM Dynamics 365 and IT systems.
Ensure price list updates and communicate price issues with customers and sales managers.
Communicate product specifications clearly to customers and internal teams.
Follow-up on customers and purchasing behavior, detecting opportunities.
