Job summary

Marsh Türkiye in Istanbul seeks an HR Business Partner to join our team for a temporary assignment. You will provide HR services to colleagues and leaders, support payroll, recruitment efforts, onboarding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of progressive HR experience, and advanced English. Hybrid work arrangement with flexible schedules is offered within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent management and employee relations desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding level of service to colleagues and leaders, fostering a positive work environment.
• Support HR administration including employee records, payroll processing, and recruitment efforts.
