Job summary

Marsh Türkiye in Istanbul seeks an HR Business Partner to join our team for a temporary assignment. You will provide HR services to colleagues and leaders, support payroll, recruitment efforts, onboarding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of progressive HR experience, and advanced English. Hybrid work arrangement with flexible schedules is offered within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent management and employee relations desirable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding level of customer service to our colleagues and leaders, promoting and encouraging a positive work environment
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s goals.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
