Marsh Türkiye is seeking a temporary HR Business Partner to join our Istanbul office. You will support the HR team with payroll, records, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to HR initiatives aligned with Marsh's global standards. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of compensation and total rewards, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational interpersonal skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex or sensitive information to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable and experienced working with technology (solutions), AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding level of customer service to our colleagues and leaders, promoting and encouraging a positive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s goals.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
