Job summary

BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey is seeking a data/analytical professional to support strategy and business development within the Business Partnerships channel. You will help with research, data collection, and preliminary analyses for current and potential partners, and assist in reporting on sales, production, profitability and expenses.

The role involves collaboration with Product, Legal, Operations and Customer Experience teams, preparing offer documents and presentations, and tracking improvement

Qualifications

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related departments of universities.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interested in reporting, data tracking and research processes.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented, follow-up focused and responsible.
• Able to work in coordination with different teams.
• Open to learning, development-oriented and attentive in business follow-up.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the strategy and business development processes of the Business Partnerships channel.
• Contributing to research, data collection and preliminary analysis studies for existing and potential business partners.
• Supporting reporting processes related to the channel’s sales, production, profitability and expense indicators.
• Carrying out preliminary preparation and documentation activities for new product, business model or business partnership opportunities.
• Supporting the follow-up of processes carried out with Product, Legal, Operations, Customer Experience and other relevant teams.
• Contributing to the preparation of offer documents, management presentations, meeting notes and reports.
• Supporting the collection and follow-up of improvement suggestions related to business partners and customer experience.
• Working in coordination with relevant teams in new product development, customer journey and process improvement activities.
• Following up on actions after meetings and keeping the necessary documentation up to date.
• Supporting the preparation of information, documents and reports requested by the Head Office and internal departments.
