Job summary

BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey seeks a senior strategy professional to own market and growth analyses, and to coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will create executive materials for top leadership and drive end-to-end strategy projects with global teams.

You will report to the Strategy Department, contributing to long-term planning and actionable insights while leveraging your 8+ years of experience and fluency in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance/financial services strategy or consulting is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials for CEO meetings.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses in insurance/financial services.
• Support development, refinement, and execution tracking of growth strategies.
• Lead end-to-end strategy projects from scoping to performance tracking.
• Collaborate with global teams to coordinate international strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term strategic planning.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and strengthen decision-support mechanisms.

At BNP Paribas Cardif You Will

• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors
• Prior experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting is strongly preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus

• Ability to structure ambiguity and manage complex topics effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
