Job summary

Açık Holding, through Boreas Technology, seeks a Mechanical Design & HVAC Systems Team Lead to drive design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of HVAC and cooling products. You will lead a cross-functional team across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver data center and critical infrastructure solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on design expertise, and proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, and HVAC equipment design/calculation.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and product development for HVAC and cooling solutions.
• Manage design activities from concept through mass production.
