Curium Pharma is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across its operations. You will work with leaders and employees in Gebze, Istanbul, Ankara, Adana and Izmir to align HR processes with business goals.

To provide strategic and operational HR partnership across the Operations organization and support employees and leaders across Curium’s locations in Gebze, Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, and Izmir.
The role ensures the effective implementation of all human resources processes in line with the strategic goals of the supported business units and contributes to the company’s performance and cultural transformation by providing guidance to leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and labor law matters.
