Job summary

Reed Turkey is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with managers, design HR plans, and provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, and engagement for Supply Chain and Quality units, drive recruitment, support restructures, and ensure compliance with Turkish labour law while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HR experience in an HR Business Partner or CoE role within a multinational environment.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and organizational support.
• Experience supporting blue-collar populations and managing employee relations processes.
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to translate business needs into HR plans and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support across organization design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Guide Supply Chain/Operations and Quality units on organizational structuring and headcount requests.
• Contribute to engagement and retention initiatives aligned with priorities.

• Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent employee experience
• Monitor and analyse HR data and people metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
• Promote a culture of inclusion, integrity, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage organizational changes, internal mobility, promotions and appointment processes in line with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and employee experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
