Job summary

A global energy company is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist in Izmir, Turkey. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, a Class B safety certification, and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. They will ensure compliance with HSE operational activities, conduct training, and perform risk assessments, contributing to the company's safety culture and environmental commitment. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to organize and communicate roles and responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit.
• Bonne connaissance des outils MS Office.
• Connaissance des systèmes de management ISO14001 et ISO50001.
• Capacité d’analyse et de résolution proactive des problèmes.
• Capacité à organiser et communiquer les responsabilités pour construire une équipe et améliorer la performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and support all HSE operational activities.
• Conduct HSE and work accident training.
• Conduct HSE-Risk Assessments.
• Monitor fire systems and track audit processes.
• Support Energy & Environmental Audit Processes.
• Conduire les audits 5S et soutenir les processus d’amélioration.
• Participer à la mise en œuvre de la culture sécurité et à la gestion des achats HSE.

Your main missions

• Ensuring and supporting all HSE operational activities, (HSE - Board Meeting, HSE - Action plans, Audits internal and external, HSE Emergency, Actions and Reports, HSE-Discipline Management Shopfloor Tour, HSE-Technical Reporting, HSE Policy and Document Management and Implementation, HSE- External Company Management)
• Conducting HSE and work accident training,
• Conducting HSE-Risk Assessments,
• Conducting of HSE-Work Accidents Analysis and Assessment,
• Conducting of dangerous goods & hazardous materials safety plans –(education-reports-education)
• Monitoring fire systems, tracking audit process and controls,
• Supporting Energy & Environmental Audit Processes,
• Conducting 5S audits,
• Conducting Safety & Culture Deployment,
• Ensuring HSE purchasing process.

Your profile

• You have an Bachelor degree or equivalent education,
• You have Safety certificate. (Class B)
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• You have very good knowledge of spoken and written English,
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• You have knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO50001 Management systems,
• You have strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, are result and detail oriented,
• You can organise and communicate the roles and responsibilities of each person to build a team and to improve performance.
