Job summary

DeFacto seeks an experienced OD/HRIS professional to drive organizational design, change management, and AI-driven HR transformations. You will model workforce planning and define roles, while configuring HR structures in SAP SuccessFactors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in OD/HRIS, strong English, and a track record in HR transformation, preferably in retail/e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or MIS.
• Minimum 3 years in Organizational Development or HRIS/HRMS.
• Experience with AI/automation in HR/processes is preferred.
• Strong English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors experience and HR transformation contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational structure design, transformation, and change management.
• Model workforce planning using AI-driven scenarios and data-based recommendations.
• Define job sizing, create job descriptions, and perform RACI analyses.
• Analyze AI impact on processes, roles, and structure; advise on automation and new roles.

What Do We Expect from You?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or Management Information Systems),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or HRIS/HRMS,
• Experience with, or strong interest in, applying AI/automation solutions to HR or organizational processes,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, with a track record of contributions to projects involving organizational development, workforce planning, or HR transformation,
• Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace,
• Preferably experienced in the retail or e-commerce industry,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

A role that combines HRIS expertise with Organizational Development (OD) and AI-driven business

transformation. This position is responsible for both redesigning HR processes through the use of AI and adapting the organization’s ways of working, roles, and competencies for the age of AI.

Basic Functions:

• Take an active role in organizational structure design, transformation, and change management projects, translating the company's strategic direction into future organizational needs,
• Conduct organizational productivity and workload analyses to define the most suitable structure for departments,
• Model workforce planning through AI-driven scenarios and provide data-based recommendations,
• Conduct job evaluations to determine job sizing across company positions,
• Develop job descriptions and perform RACI analyses to clarify authority and responsibilities across roles,
• Analyze the impact of AI on business processes, roles, and organizational structure; and determine, based on data, which tasks will be automated, which will be redesigned, and which new roles will emerge,
• Configure and maintain organizational structures within HR systems.
