Job summary

Trendyol Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Product Manager to administer, configure, and optimize HR systems ensuring data integrity and secure access. You’ll lead HRIS projects, translate business needs into product designs, and guide technical teams through delivery.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end HR process journeys, managing integrations with SuccessFactors and Lever, and driving automation and digitalization across HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields or Management/ quantitative-focused major.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations; data analysis, report creation, metrics & trend analysis
• Analytic, result-oriented, and strong planning and organization skills
• Advanced user of AI tools, Google Suite, MS Excel and HR information systems
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
• Hands-on attitude, flexibility and adaptability
• Being humble and people-oriented

Responsibilities

• Design HR process journeys end-to-end using automation and digitalization
• Be the product manager for HRIS tools like SuccessFactors, Lever and other in-house HR tools
• Apply product management principles to HR processes and systems
• Administer, configure and customize system settings; maintain data integrity
• Lead HRIS projects: implementations, integrations and upgrades
• Translate business needs into HR product designs and guide developers
• Manage system access controls and collaborate with tech support
• Research best practices and analyze HR system effectiveness
• Handle vendor management, contractor activities and invoices
