Job summary

Trendyol is seeking an experienced HRIS Product Manager to administer, configure, and optimize HR systems. You will lead HRIS projects, translate business needs into clear HR product designs, and guide technical teams through delivery.

The role requires designing end-to-end HR process journeys, managing integrations with SuccessFactors and Lever, and ensuring data integrity and secure access. A strong background in engineering/analytics and excellent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management required.
• 6+ years HRIS experience; product/consultancy/BA preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design HR process journeys using end-to-end automation.
• Act as product manager for HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, Lever).
• Apply product management: roadmaps, prioritization, analysis.
• Administer and customize HR systems ensuring data integrity.
• Lead HRIS projects: implementations, integrations, upgrades.
• Translate business needs into HR product designs and guide developers.
• Manage access controls and collaborate with tech support.
• Research best practices and analyze effectiveness of HR systems.
• Handle vendor management and monitor contracts/invoices.
