Job summary

Trendyol Group HR is seeking a payroll specialist to handle resignation and termination calculations, SGK termination and deregistration, and related payroll inputs such as attendance and insurance deductions.

You will coordinate offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures, support consultant invoices and SGK petitions, and help maintain accurate employee records in a fast-paced, high-headcount environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• 1–5 years of payroll experience.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive, agile, and hands-on with ownership.
• Willingness to work in high headcount environments.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Strong cultural fit and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processing.
• Coordinating offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures.
• Managing SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declarations.
• Ensuring employee document requests are processed per legal requirements.
• Managing payroll inputs, including attendance and insurance-related deductions.
• Following up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and no outstanding debt certificates.
• Supporting overall payroll and employee administration processes.
