Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years in HR technology/people analytics.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA.
• Manufacturing/ multinational experience preferred.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end HR technology projects, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, and post-implementation support.
• Interface between HR, IT, and external tech partners to ensure project delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Oversee HR applications across TA, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Learning, Career, Succession, and Employee Experience.
• Manage integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain people analytics reports and HR dashboards.
• Provide HR with workforce data, analysis, and insights for informed decisions.
• Support HR dashboard evolution and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends for improvements.
• Coordinate HR budgeting and variance analyses for management.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
