Job summary

Çimentaş is seeking an HR Generalist (Business Partnering and HR Analytics) to support assigned functions while coordinating workforce analytics, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and people reporting across the organization.

As part of our Strategic HR team, you will build relationships with managers and employees, translate business priorities into practical HR actions, and guide managers on performance, talent and engagement; you will lead recruitment and contribute to HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, HR or related discipline
• 5+ years in HRBusiness Partnering, HR Generalist, HR Analytics, workforce planning or related HR roles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
• Experience in compensation, salary benchmarking, HR budgeting or workforce planning
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Manufacturing experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business functions.
• Build effective relationships with managers and employees.
• Understand business priorities, organizational challenges and workforce needs and translate them into practical HR actions.
• Guide managers on performance, talent, development, engagement, organization and employee-related matters.
• Lead recruitment processes for assigned functions and support a positive candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Coordinate talent review, leadership development, career development and employee experience initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, grading and job evaluation activities.
• Support annual salary review and incentive processes.
• Coordinate HR budgeting, headcount planning and personnel cost forecasting.
• Develop clear management dashboards, reports and decision-support materials.
• Conduct organizational analyses and provide recommendations on organizational structure, role clarity and workforce effectiveness.
• Contribute to HR digitalization, automation and process improvement projects.
