Arvato is seeking an experienced Human Resources Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic HR projects, focusing on integration, organizational transformation, and cross-functional HR initiatives. The role acts as the central coordination point across multiple HR workstreams and collaborates with global teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, or related cross-functional roles.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience in integration, restructuring, or transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including organizational design, job architecture, compensation & benefits, grading, and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the HR workstream of organizational transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action trackers across multiple HR workstreams.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and analysis of HR data and documentation throughout project and integration processes.
• Collaborate with HR functions on organization and workforce structures, job architecture, compensation & benefits, grading, positions and titles, and HR policies.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and areas needing further analysis and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
• Assess organizational structures and provide actionable recommendations for reporting lines and spans of control.
• Coordinate and support job analysis, evaluation, grading, and organizational design activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings with clear ownership and follow-up.
• Work with local and global HR teams, Finance, Legal, and other functions across project phases.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations translating HR information into insights.
• Contribute to other strategic HR transformation and organizational projects.
