Job summary

Koton in Istanbul seeks a Performance Reporting Specialist - HR to develop monthly store and department performance scorecards, collaborating with IT to digitalize reporting and extracting data from databases using Power BI.

You will monitor scorecards, provide analyses for decision-making, and ensure consistency between the performance management system and the scorecards. A background in engineering, business, statistics or mathematics with strong Excel/Power BI skills is ideal.

Qualifications

Graduates from Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or similar departments.
Advanced use of Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of databases and SQL.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to read and interpret complex data with quick problem solving and decision-making.
Able to work with different units and in a team.

Responsibilities

Create and prepare store and department performance scorecards monthly within performance measurement scope.
Collaborate with IT during the digitalization of scorecards.
Obtain data sources from databases and design reports using Power BI.
Monitor scorecards periodically and provide analyses for decision-making and action-taking.
Ensure consistency between the performance management system and scorecards.
